Internal Family Systems & Relational Somatic Therapy
Welome! I offer counselling sessions virtually and in-person in the Comox Valley with an inclusive and trauma-informed approach. The teachings/trainings that inform my practice the most are relational somatic therapy & Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. More recently I've been tuning into ancient stories and connection with land and spirit and will weave these teachings into my offerings as well. I also hold registration as a clinical counsellor with the BCACC.
I live on and am an uninvited guest on the unceded traditional lands belonging ancestrally to the Pentlatch, E'ikwsan, Sahtloot, Sasitla and K'ómoks people. I am also grateful to travel to the traditional territories of the Nuu Chah Nulth peoples to offer my services.
